With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John M. Kotch of Harbeson, Delaware, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Susan Kotch; and his uncle Harry Polosky. He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Lee Bishop; his significant other's daughters, Donna Parkinson (Bill) of Glen Burnie, MD and Michelle Bakeris of Ellicott City, MD; his grandchildren, Jessica Parkinson, Taylor Waddell, Ally Parkinson and Zach Bakeris; and his cousin Wayne Golob of Pennsylvania.
