He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Welsh and Deanne Welsh (Fromal) of Harbeson, DE.; his wife Haley Brooke Welsh (Buerkley); his brother Michael K. Welsh; his grandparents, MarySue A. Forestieri, Clinton M. Fromal and Linda E. Welsh; his mother-in-law Lisa H. Buerkley; and his brother-in-law Hayden C. Buerkley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
