He is survived by: his wife Molly Cooper (Bittner); his sons, Brian Cooper (Shelia Bonn-Cooper) of Stevensville, MD and Troy Cooper of Bel Air, MD; and his grandchildren, Rachel Cooper of Washington, D. C., Tyler Cooper of Bel Air, MD and Megan Cooper of Baltimore, MD..
