Genevieve C. Hughes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genevieve C. Hughes of Harbeson, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Carolynn Hinton; and her husband John "Jack" E. Hughes. She is survived by: her sons, John Carmichael (Sandra) of West Grove, PA and Stephen Carmichael (Stephanie) of Chadds Ford, PA; her grandchildren, Pamela, Jessica, Eric, Joseph, Sean, Rowan and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Weston, Henry, Isaac, Maxwell, Colton and Levi.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Jean's name to the Tunnell Cancer Center, 18947 John J. Williams Hwy., Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
