She was predeceased by: her parent Albert Hoguet. She is survived by: her parent Alice Hoguet (Wilgus); her grandchildren, Jennifer Travis, Christopher Evick, Michael Evick (Dawn) and Benjamin Evick (Carrie); and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Madison, Lindsey, Shelby, Taylor, Zachary, Katie, Brogan and Brynn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Surbaugh's name, to the Beebe Auxillary, 902 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE 19958.
