He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl R. Barr and Janet Barr (Walls); and his siblings, Geraldine Morris of Chestertown, MD and William Barr of Dover, DE.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Barr; his daughter Melissa Perdue (Brandon); his grandchildren, Chase Atkins (Lexi), Chad Messick (Autumn), Jade Wilkins, Chelsea Huff (Zach), Jaclyn Gibbons (Trey), Jacob Perdue and Colton Perdue; and his great grandchildren, Greyson, Layton, Peyton and Carter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
