He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kujath; his daughters, Lynn Thompson (Dave) and Christine Oxman (Jesse); his grandchildren, Evan, Shane Thompson, Alice and Elliott Oxman; his siblings, Diane Pishalski (David), Nancy Layton (Mark) and Robert "Bob" Kujath (Denise); his stepchildren, Andrew "Andy" Mazurkiewicz and Nicole Seymour (Luke); and his stepgranddaughter Kara Mazurkiewicz.
