Robert Warren Hunsberger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 95, Robert Warren Hunsberger of Greenwood, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses S. Hunsberger and Emma Widmaier; his former wife Elsie (Doering); and his brothers, William, Frank and Elwood Hunsberger.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; and his children, Janice Kulp (James), Robert (Josie), Mark (Carol) and Thomas Hunsberger. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Shores Club (1 Heritage Shores Cir, Bridgeville, DE 19933). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, because of his love of animals, we are suggesting contributions to Brandywine Valley SPCA, 22918 Dupont Blvd, Georgetown, DE 19947 "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.".
