It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rust (Greenwood, Delaware), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Isaacs and Mildred Isaacs; and her daughter Terry Lynn Rust. She is survived by: her daughter Judy Rust Hitchens (Chum) of Milford; her grandchildren, Jason C. Hitchens (Crystal) of Milford and Dr. Lauren Hitchens Rowan (Steven) of Milford; her great grandchildren, Khailer, Madisyn, Ryan, Krew, Kensley and Haven; her sister Kathleen I. Donovan (Robert) of Salisbury, MD; and her nephews, Scott Donovan of Hebron, MD and Steve Donovan of Salisbury, MD.. She is also survived by her two daughters and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
