Orville Eugene Hammond Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orville Eugene Hammond (Greenwood, Delaware), who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Lloyd Hammond; his son Stephen Eugene Hammond; his brother Craig Hammond; and his father John Clifton Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Hammond (Willey); his brother Bruce Hammond; his daughter-in-law Amy Cornell Hammond; and his grandchildren, Connor Willey Hammond, Webb Cornell Hammond, Allie Osborne Hammond and Stephen Eugene Hammond, Jr. (True). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
The folks at Genesis became extensions of our family, especially during the CoVid pandemic, each and every one a hero in our eyes.
