It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lee Osterhout (Greenwood, Delaware), who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Edward Passwaters, Sr. and Hazel L. Smith Passwaters; and her brothers, Carlos Edward Passwaters, Jr. and Dennis Ray Passwaters, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Osterhout of Bridgeville; her children, James S Howell, Jr. of Bridgeville and Stacey L. French (Gregory) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Alexis A Doughty (Sky) of Wasburn, James Howell, III of Hurlock, MD and Blane C. French of Greenwood; her great grandchild Mason Wyatt James Doughty of Wasburn, Maine; her sisters, Doris Trice (William) of Bridgeville and Rebecca Hartzel of Bridgeville; her stepbrothers, Stephen Mark Dean of Stockton Springs and Charles Terry Dean of Columbia; and also Eric Osterhout (Diana) of Waller, Texas..
