He is survived by: his mother Verona Towers of Greenwood, DE.; his wife Kety Towers; his children, Andrew Towers (Ajani) of Florida, Jessica Towers of Florida and Ryan Towers (Bonnie) of Kentucky; his grandparents, Charles Neibert of Millsboro and Edna Neibert of Blades; his uncle Robert Neibert of Staytonsville; his aunts, Donna Neibert of Blades, Shugie Dill of Wye Mills and Faye Rogers of Milford; and his close friend Tom Carey of Bridgeville.
