He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Zappa and Sarah Zappa; his brothers, Ross Zappa, Phil Zappa, Tony Zappa and Joe Zappa; and his sister-in-law Elsie Zappa.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline "Lynn" Zappa; his children, Mark Zappa, Kevin Zappa and Saralynn Card (Bob); his stepchildren, Peter Gribbin and Dorothy Gribbin; his grandchildren, Alicia, Jared, Shane, Steven, Tyler, Justin, Meredith and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, JJ, Logan, Hudson and Jake; and his sister Angie Gallacci (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
