We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2021, at the age of 76, David R. Williams of Greenwood, Delaware, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Williams and Alice Arnesen; his siblings, Eddy, Audrey Reilly (Edward) and Pat; and his nephew Kenny Reilly.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Williams; his children, Cathy, John and Mary Williams; his granddaughters, Samantha, Melissa Osorio and Olivia Rivera; his nephews, Robert, Ronald (Amparo), Brian (Jeannie), Gary (Tiffany) and Kevin; his niece Debra (Ray); his son-in-law Julio; his nieces, Nydia and Rose; and his former wife Joyce Williams.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing protocols must be observed and masks must be worn by everyone participating in any aspect of the service. Graveside services with military honors will be held privately at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.
