She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hansel and Leola Juanita Clark; her brother Donald Clark, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Elaine Clark. She is survived by: her husband Clifford "Wayne" Pugh of Greenwood, DE; her daughter Lisa McClung-Smith of Bridgeville, DE; her stepchildren, Rose Forbes and Tim Pugh, Sr. of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Austin, Brandon, Chynna, Frank, Garrett, Somer, Tiffany and Tim, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Indie, Leala, Maddox, Novalyn, Raelyn and Scarlett. She is also survived by cousins, aunt, nieces and nephews; several brothers and sisters-in-law.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers, donations to "The American Cancer Society" be made in her honor.
