He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jennings McCabe and Eva Kate McCabe (Littleton); and his siblings, Bill McCabe, Walt McCabe, Marvin McCabe, Ralph McCabe and Debbie Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. McCabe (Johnston); his children, Angela Disharoon (Robby) of Alabama, Vaughn McCabe, Jr. (Carolyn) of Millsboro, Jeremy Locklear (Lisa) of Milford, Jamie Locklear (Michelle) of Georgetown and Julie Locklear of Greenwood, DE; and his siblings, Sewall McCabe (Julie), Jean Wharton (John), Lisa Vickers (Scott), Peggy Hickman, Mary Marvel and Enid Stein. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons.
