He is survived by: his close friend Diane Baione; his wife Diane Fleetwood of Georgetown, DE; his daughter Rebekah Marie Fleetwood of Georgetown, DE; his stepchildren, Jenna Katelyn Oliphant (Brandon Bailey) of Georgetown, DE and Joshua Roman Oliphant of Georgetown, DE.; his brothers, Jeff Fleetwood (Penny) of Delmar, DE and Andy Fleetwood (Mickie) of Salisbury, MD; his granddaughters, Ava Mckenzie Bailey and Addison Grace Bailey; and his aunts, Millie Jones, Gail Megee and Bonnie King. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
