She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Swadley and Vera Swadley. She is survived by: her son Tyler Patrick Lewis; her siblings, Stephen Lee Swadley (Pamela) and Deborah Swadley Engel (Kenneth); and her nieces, Stephanie Swadley-Wendel (John), Beth Ann Swadley (Anthony) and Sarah Pauline Engel.
