He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Webb (Walton); his in-law Walton (Patricia) of Magnolia, Delaware; his sister Deborah Walls (Michael) of Dover; his nephew Scott Walls (Jacquelyn); his brother Richard K. Webb (Joyce) of Harrington; his nieces and nephews, Hilary Webb and Lauren Swain (Chris); his daughter Jessica Baxter (Jay); and his grandchildren, James, Jude, Justus and Jordan of Georgetown, Delaware.. He is also survived by two children.
