We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2020, at the age of 86, Robert John Lowe of Georgetown, Delaware, born in Dover, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Agnes (Sullivan). He is survived by: his wife Marion Lowe; his children, Robert Lowe, Jr. (Patsy), Deborah Guerrierie (Robert), Thomas Lowe (Cathi Fenske), Ernie Smith (Cindy), Brian Smith (Jan), Denise Collins (Al), Diane Zhelesnik (Mark) and Morty Smith; and his siblings, John Lowe (Joan) and Carole Thomson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
