She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Pritchett and Maurice Pritchett; and her husband Henry M. Ruark. She is survived by: her sons, Marcellus Ruark and Mark of Milford; her grandchildren, Keith Ruark (Jackie), Honey Cadel, Jennifer Ruark, Crystal Mehrenberg (Dennis) and Kenneth Smith (Rose); and her great grandchildren, Justin Cadel, Janna Ruark, Xavier Ruark and London Mohr.
