He is survived by: his wife Carol Mae Givens (Shedaker); and his sons, Andy Givens (Holly) of Georgetown, DE, Tommy Givens (Joann Chipetta) of Lewes, DE and Jimmy Givens (Kim) of Georgetown, DE. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
