It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Welch of Georgetown, Delaware, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Carroll and Mildred Elizabeth Welch (Wix); and his former wife Doris Welch. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Welch; his children, Glenn Welch (Kim) and Paula Fisher (Ed); and his stepchildren, Tony Hudson, Terry Komlo (Brian) and Tammy Tisher (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
