He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Collins and Myrtle R. McConnathy Collins; and his daughter Lori Ann Collins. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Mitchell Collins of Georgetown, DE; his children, Michelle Lynn Collins (Thomas Jackson) of Laurel, DE, Melissa Ann Collins (Dorian Williams) of Millsboro, DE and Jay Allen Collins; his brothers, Roger Francis Collins (Brenda) of Georgetown and Preston Lee Collins (Sue) of Georgetown; and his grandchildren, Damontae Lee Williams, Hailey Mackenzie Collins and Mariah Ariannah Wise. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
