She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Dale A. Kirlin; her parents, Charles Rhoads Sr. and Patricia Rhoads (Cisick); her daughter Felisha S. (Brenden Leets) of Ellendale, DE; her siblings, Bobby Rhoads (Robin) and Melody Rhoads; and her grandson Hunter Leets.
