He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Bereznak Slowik and John Bereznak; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Kostick and George Lenyo. He is survived by: his children, Beth (Bob) and John (Amy); his grandchildren, Lindsey Rusnock, Erin Rusnock, Emma Breznak and Ian Breznak; his sister Sandy Pavelko; and his sisters-in-law, Jerry Kostick and Nancy Lenyo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
