He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Hein and Welcomer; his wife Shirley Hein (Grubic); his children, Leslie Schmalz (George), Larry L. Hein Jr. (Patricia) and Victor Hein (Melissa); his grandchildren, Lynn Gilbert (Joe), Rebekah Hein, Rachel Bell (Mason), Jacob Hein, Samantha Hein and Mason Hein; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Ian Gilbert.
