He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tinley and Mary Fleetwood of Missouri; his wife Betty Jean; his son Joel; and his grandson Christopher.
He is survived by: his sons, Clifford Tinley, Michael Tinley and William Tinley; and his grandchildren, Michael, Jemma and Merry-Joy. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
