It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Payne (Georgetown, Delaware), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Payne. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Payne (Holson); his sister Venetia Donaway (Payne); and his niece Dara Donaway.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in John's memory to: Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
