He was predeceased by: his parents, Benona Nolan and Mabel Green Cooper; his wife Marie Churchman Cooper; and his siblings, Thomas Cooper of Dover, DE, Nolan Cooper of Dover, DE, Lloyd Cooper of St. George, UT and Elizabeth Banks of Bowers Beach, DE..
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara DeBastiani (James) of Georgetown, DE and Denise Curtis (Steve) of Milford, DE; his grandchildren, Annette DeBastiani (Bryan Boyer) of Bear, DE, Mary Caligiure (Chris) of Millsboro, DE and Dr. William Pajerowski (Alyssa Levin-Scherz) of Waban, MA; his great grandchildren, Amadeo, Francesca Caligiure, Alexander, Zoe Pajerowski and Brock Boyer; and his stepgrandsons, Nick Curtis (Kristin), Simon Curtis (Tamsyn) and Ethan Curtis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
