With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Eggleston III of Georgetown, Delaware, born in Nyack, New York, who passed away on October 5, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Bailey Eggleston, Jr. and Oleta King Eggleston; his daughter Karen Zaslow; and his former wife Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Paxine Fleming Eggleston; his brother Grover Eggleston (Ann); his nephew Graham Eggleston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joel Eggleston IV, Lawrence Eggleston (Laurie), John Eggleston (Gena), Judith Mann (Alvin), Deborah Charles (Ralph) and Thomas Eagle; and his son-in-law Louis Zaslow. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
