He is survived by: his wife Belinda Mae Hill; his children, Elizabeth Steele (Jad) of Georgetown, Janet Rothernel (Steve) of Spokane, WA, Harold Lee Elliott, Jr. (Leah) of Georgetown, Ben Wright (Becky) of Seaford, Bart Wright, Samantha Wright and James Wright, Jr. of Florida; his sisters, Nancy Carrol of Florida and Alice Downs of Baltimore, MD.; and his close friends, Billy Hill, Donald O'Neal and Charlie Wheatley. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
