He was predeceased by: his grandfather Howard W. Bowman, Jr.; and his uncle Robert A. Bowman. He is survived by: his parents, Howard "Bill" W. Bowman, III and Karen Tisher; his children, Katlyn, Autumn, Howard V, Jesse and Lucas; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Whittam, Kristen Jackson (Brent), Amanda Collins (John), Jonathan Bowman (Veronica) and Zachary Bowman (Courtney). He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
