He was predeceased by: his wife Dora B. Short; and his sisters, Irma Hudson and Elizabeth Frye. He is survived by: his son Kevin H. Short (Debbie) of Georgetown, DE; his grandson Rob Holson (Nicole) of Dewey Beach, DE; and his pet Pepsi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
