He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hearn and Norma Jane Hearn; and his brothers, Levin Layfield, Kenneth Hearn and James Hearn.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Hearn; his children, Gary Hearn, Jr. of Georgetown, Michael Hearn (Deana) of Georgetown and Betsy Hearn of Georgetown; his siblings, Richard Hearn (Trudy) of Laurel, Thomas Hearn of Texas and Sandra Whitelock (Roger) of Houston; his children, Mindy Hearn, Danielle Pettyjohn (Jason), Dorothy Grant and Kyler Grant; his grandchildren, Megan Hearn, Ryan Hearn (Marie) and Gabe Hearn; and his great grandchildren, Miles, Jay, Jorden, Mymy, Kenna, Gannon, Bry, Ollie, Camari and J'Den. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
