He was predeceased by: his parents, Mavan Hall Lewis and Addie Mae Marshall Lewis; and his siblings, Linda Huff and Stanley Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Reynolds (Jeff), Jennifer Lewis Handley (Sean), Lisa Breedlove (Michael) and Steven Lewis; his grandchildren, Taylor Reynolds, Ethan Reynolds, Claire Breedlove and Charlotte Handley; and his siblings, Preston Lewis (Diane), Joyce Edwards (Ivan), Jeanette McCreary (Don), John D. Lewis (Sandra) and Ruth McCain (Clint). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
