He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hepner and Hattie Hepner; and his wife Mary Elizabeth Hepner. He is survived by: his sons, Richard G. Hepner (Norma Jean) and Doug Miller. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and many grand and great nieces.
