She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar J. Jefferson and Helen Marie Jefferson. She is survived by: her husband Rowland Fraser of Georgetown, DE; her children, David Downes (Christopher O'Neal) of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Donna Kay Brown (Russell) of Milford, DE, Beverly Wheatley (Eddie) of Georgetown, DE and Billie Sue Downes of Georgetown, DE; her grandchildren, Megan Dougherty, Crystal Nickerson, Brooke Havrilla-Downes and Josh Shockley; and her sisters, Jennie Lee Maurer of Clayton, DE and Anna Louise King of Lewes, DE.. She is also survived by her 5 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be private. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, masks are required and social distancing must be observed by all persons participating in any aspect of the service.
