He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Henderson Collins and Blanche "Hurlock" Collins; his wife Alice Mae "Shorty" Collins; and his siblings, Gilbert H. Collins Jr., Harold Collins, Bill Collins, Norman Kelly and Evelyn Kelly.
He is survived by: his son Billy Sehn of Tobyhanna, PA; and his nephew Michael Stevens of Lincoln, DE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
