He is survived by: his wife Janice Headley of Millsboro, DE; his children, W. Mark Headley (Joanne) of Georgetown, DE., Matt Headley (Cathy) of Georgetown, DE. and Lynette Rust (Duane) of Georgetown, DE.; his siblings, Walter Headley, George "Junior" Headley and Sara Munsell (Karl) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Christin Scott (Brian), Aaron Headley, Lindsey Headley, Zach Headley and Colleen Altman (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Charlie Ann and Adley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
