She was predeceased by: her parents, Minos Farold and Ada Isabell Phillips Foskey; her former husband Harold Roland Rogers; and her brother Kendall James Foskey. She is survived by: her children, Sue Schroeder (John) of Lewes and Mark Rogers (Paula Gardner) of Millsboro; her grandsons, Zachary Schroeder of Washington, DC and Travis Rogers (Jessica Stalter) of Ocean City, Maryland.; her sister-in-law Janice Foskey; her stepgrandsons, Ryan, Adam and Matthew Koch (Jamie); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Leah and Cody; and her caregivers, Cindy Parkins, Delphine Blake, Sarah Fourner-Scirri, Regina Walker and Kaitlyn Steelman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (7 S King St, Georgetown, DE 19947). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Grace United Methodist Church.
