She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Kart and Elizabeth Kart; her husband Albert Short; and her daughter Cindy Lou. She is survived by: her children, Sharon O'Day (John) of Georgetown, Cheryl Dorman (Sonny) of Georgetown, Crystal Conaway (Gary) of Georgetown, Albert Short II of Ellendale and Leona McInerny (Jay) of Covington, GA; and her grandchildren, John O'Day, Jennifer Emerson, Melissa Byrd, Greg Conaway, Curtis Conaway, Shea Amor and Tristan McInerny. She is also survived by her 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter along with her many nieces and nephews.
