He is survived by: his wife Louise Betts; his children, Bill (Caralyn) of Aberdeen, MD and Julie (Tom) of Lewes, DE; his grandchildren, Brandon of Aberdeen, MD, Chris (Amy) of Cockeysville, MD, Caitlin (Lilian) of Brooklyn, NY and Molly (Luka) of Lewes, DE.; and his sister Sandra Bivins of Dover, DE..
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Frederica Volunteer Fire Company (6 Front St, Frederica, DE 19946). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Barratt's Chapel Cemetery (6486 Bay Rd, Frederica, DE 19946).
