She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Thelma, Thomas Hawes, Warren and Lois Teter; her parents-in-law, Marie Hand and Richard Hand, Sr.; her brother Jeffrey; her uncles, George Watson and Duane Teter; her cousin Kristen Watson; and her nephew Joshua "Yoshi" Meding.
She is survived by: her parents, Richard Hawes and Katherine Hawes; her children, Lauren and Richard "Tripp"; her sisters, Pam, Cindy and Tina; her brothers-in-law, Art and Joe; and her nieces and nephews, Matt, Trevor, Landon, Teagan, Alyssa and Lindsey.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Sheila's name to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
