He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Humphrey; his wife Donna; his brother Kenneth Humphrey; and his stepchildren, Gary and Autumn.
He is survived by: his mother June Humphrey; his siblings, Gary Humphrey (Ginny), Wayne Humphrey, Norma "Kitty" DiDiego (Joe), Steve Humphrey and Penny Bishop; and his close friends, Bonnie and Larry Keller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
