He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Stowell and Marion Stowell (Hall); his former wife Audrey Stowell; his wife Mary Jo Stowell (Davidson); and his brother Roy Stowell.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Stowell (Karen), Julie Stowell Andrew, Gene Stowell (Denise), Lisa Stowell McGee (John) and Jamie Stowell; his stepchildren, Curtis Ensley (Brenda), Michael Ensley, Robert Ensley (Karen) and Sherry Lighthall (Jeff); and his sisters, Margaret, Jean, Lill and Bea. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
