Justice of Richmond, VA; his brother Rocky Justice; his wife Sharon of Millsboro, DE; his nephew Mark S. Justice of Georgetown, DE; and his nieces, Melinda S. Justice of Millsboro, DE and Gloria Lanette McDorman of Millsboro, DE. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and one great great nephew.
