He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horace Shockley, Sr. and Viola May Shockley (Rogers); his wife Jackie; his brother Frank Horace Shockley, Jr.; and his former wife Phyllis Shockley (Hudson).
He is survived by: his stepson Stewart Smith (Stephanie); his children, Heath Shockley (Paula) and Brandi Lecates (Lennie); his grandchildren, Amanda Marotta (Luigi), Jonathon Smith, Kierstin, Jaden Shockley, Justin, Chase Shockley, Charles Wayne and Caleb Lecates; his great grandchildren, Lorelei, Sadie Marotta, Hayven Shockley and Ila Wayne; and his siblings, Sandra (Norman Bunting), Jerry Shockley and Eddie Shockley (Teresa).
