He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Gullickson (Halley); and his siblings, Ira Norman Gullickson, Jr. and JoAnn Kudlich. He is survived by: his children, Gene Gullickson (Natalie), Denise Bernstein (Henry) and Catherine Thomas (Timothy); his grandchildren, Kimberly Stolarik, Joy Mooney, Patricia Berry, Jessica Ort, Melissa Kruemmel and Venessa Stevenson; and his great grandchildren, Aaron, Blake Stolarik, Tyler, Madison, Andrew, Ron and Leland Mooney.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Bill's name to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966.
