He was predeceased by: his parents, Saloman Bradford and Ollie Bradford (Jones); his sister Rosey Collins (William "Bill" Bradford); and his sons, Richard "Ricky" and Timothy "Tim" Bradford.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne V. Bradford (Hudson); his son Jeffrey Bradford (Sharon) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Ashley Bradford, Tarryn Pitts and Ashton Bradford.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Virgil's name to the Frankford Fire Department.
